Hello, my name is Cherrish.

I’ve always had a love for flavor, whether it be sweet or savory. Realizing I’d never tried a Rum Cake, I thought I'd attempt to make one. The first cake I baked was from a simple recipe. I couldn’t believe how delicious a rum cake could actually be. I always imagined a rum cake being overly saturated with rum, however this had the perfect balance of alcohol and sweetness. I began to imagine the many ways I could elevate a cake that was already in itself, delicious. After a bit of tweaking, I provided slices of each new flavor creation to friends and family. With each raving review, my confidence grew knowing I had something. Hence my journey began of recreating the “ Classic Rum Cake”..
